Enterprise- und Lösungsarchitekt in einem großen Programm zur Einführung und Integration eines neuen Bestandsführungssystems. Etablierung des Architektur-managements für ein Team aus IT-, Fach- und Produktarchitekten. In meiner operativen Rolle als fachlich leitender IT-Architekt erstellte ich Architektur-Roadmaps und führte diverse Architekturentscheidungen im interdisziplinären Architektur- und Entwicklungs-team herbei und begleitete die Umsetzungen.
Innerhalb des zentralen Enterprise-Architektur-Teams trug ich maßgeblich zur Konzeption eines Blueprints für die Modernisierung der unternehmensweiten Integrationsarchitektur bei. Ein Kernkonzept war Event-Driven Architecture mit Kafka als Kerntechnologie und Domain-Driven Design als Methode für ein fachlich getriebenes Softwaredesign. Dabei leitete ich die Kommunikation zur Umsetzung mit Lösungsarchitekten und Entwicklern und entwarf selbst als fachlich leitender IT-Architekt zielkonforme Lösungsarchitekturen in Projekten und begleitete die Entwicklung.
Zudem leitete ich eine konzernweite Community of Practice für IT-Architektur.

Gegenstand der Beratung waren: Definition der Business- und IT-Architektur, Vorgabe technischer Anforderungen, Vorgabe von Rahmenparametern für das IT-Projekt, Beratung zu Anforderungsmanagement- und Entwicklungsprozessen, Recruiting eines in Japan ansässigen IT-Projektleiters.

Establishment
and disciplinary as well as professional leadership of a new team for the
development of business analysis excellence with a strong focus on methodically
sound requirements engineering. My team and I are responsible for the
governance of the requirements management process. In this context, we have developed and
anchored a requirements management policy within the organization, based on the
regulatory requirements for IT in the insurance sector (VAIT). Furthermore, we
have created and implemented a comprehensive competence development concept for
requirements engineers. We also offer project services, thus creating a
continuous feedback loop between operational project work, governance, and
competence development.

of a new policy administration system. Establishment of architecture management
for a team of IT, business, and product architects. In my operational role as
the leading IT architect, I created architecture roadmaps and drove various
architecture decisions in the interdisciplinary architecture and development
team, as well as accompanied the implementations.
Within
the central Enterprise Architecture team, I significantly contributed to the
conception of a blueprint for the modernization of the company-wide integration
